So I was working on a student film for school, and the guys had rented a Jib for a particular shot. It was some ridiculous price, like 5 million dollars a day or something like that. Anyway, I did think it was pretty cool and it would be nice to have one to work with my shiny new camera. So I went to the steal yard and for about $50 I built my own. Obviously the head isn't as articulate as the professional ones, but it does make for some pretty nice shots. I'll post some here, someday...
